Ordering

- Pricing: All prices are listed in US$ and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure that the prices displayed on our website are accurate; however, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the incorrect price.

- Payment Methods: We accept payment via debit & credit cards and PayPal. Payment must be received in full before we process your order.
- Billing Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment method details, so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Shipping
Shipping Policy: We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information.Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.- Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Returns and Refunds
- Return Policy: No refunds on digital products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at hello@annecwest.co.za. For physical products, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. It should reach us within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@annecwest.co.za.
- Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
- Shipping Costs for Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
