Refund and Returns Policy

At Anne C. West, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, within reason, with your purchase, we are here to help.

E-Books and Audiobooks

E-Books and Audiobooks are non-refundable and cannot be returned once they have been downloaded.

Print Books (Soft and Hard Cover)

If you received a print book that is damaged or defective, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for inspection to initiate the refund process. To return a damaged or defective book, please contact us at hello@annecwest.co.za with your order number and a description of the problem.

Merchandise

If you are not satisfied, within reason, with your merchandise purchase, (the item must be in its original condition and packaging) you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To return a merchandise item, please contact us at hello@annecwest.co.za with your order number and a description of the problem.

Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item. All refunds are loaded as a credit to your account for future purchases.
